How do I recover deleted invoices in QuickBooks?

Hi, you can see your deleted invoices following these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Audit Log.
  3. From the Filter drop-down, choose the appropriate User, Date, and Events filter.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Locate the deleted transaction.
    1. Use the browser search.
    2. Press Ctrl + F on your keyboard.
    3. Enter a keyword about the deleted invoice.
  6. Under the History column, click View.
  7. All the information needed for the transaction can be found under the EVENT column.
